Kent Ogle
Kent Ogle anchors Oklahoma s NewsChannel 4's weekday morning show, Oklahoma's most watched morning newscast, along side meteorologist David Payne. He joined the NewsChannel 4 team in 1993 as a general assignment reporter.
Kent began his broadcasting career working at area radio stations including El Reno, Perry, Duncan, Lawton, and Oklahoma City. His television career took off in 1989 at KSWO-TV in Lawton, where he worked as a general assignment reporter. Soon thereafter, Kent spent two years traveling the state for OETA, where he hosted and produced the feature, "On the Oklahoma Road," and reported for Business Oklahoma, Outdoor Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Magazine. Kent also produced and syndicated "The Senate Minute" radio show to 25 radio stations throughout Oklahoma in the late 1980s.
Kent's philanthropic efforts are recognized by the Salvation Army, the Shriners Burn Centers, and the Hope Center. He serves his church as a musician and vocalists on weekends as well as showcasing his singing voice with regular appearances at the Oklahoma Opry.
Kent and his wife, Suzanne, live on an acreage with their two boys, Kane and Jackson.
