NORMAN, OK -- Authorities identified the victim found in the burned car (1999 Saturn 4-door) on Nov. 15 in East Norman. He has been identified as Julian Ramirez Cazarez, 46, from Oklahoma City. He was reported as a missing person to Oklahoma City Police Department on Nov. 16.
