MOORE, OK -- U.S. Deputy Marshals took the Nottingham Square Apartments in Moore by storm Tuesday. They were looking for Ruston Hall, a convicted armed robber; apartment #73 was their destination. U.S. Deputy Marshal John Thomas said, "He's a violent thief of the hood. We've been looking for him for months & he's a well-known con artist who skips from house to house, extremely hard to peg down."

Deputies say when they surrounded the home, Hall tried to climb out the window. The renter, with her 2-year-old child, finally opened the door. During Hall's arrest, they got a 2-for-1 deal.

U.S.Deputy Marshal John Thomas said, "An extremely violent DOC parole violator, been looking for him since summer."

William Sparks, a man they say has a long history of guns and drugs, also on the Department of Correction's top ten list, was also inside.

As for the woman housing the two fugitives, Deputy Marshals say it is likely she will face charges as well.

The Department of Human Services has stepped in to work in the case of her 2 year old; her mother has been evicted from her apartment.
