"She was lying the in driveway and I knelt down there and said, 'Berta Mamas here,' (and) I said 'talk to me please, talk to me,' and she didn't say nothing she was gone," said the victim's Mother Caroletta Wingate.
Three weeks after the shooting, investigators have not made an arrest despite talking to several witnesses at the scene. Along with her daughter gone, Wingate says the killers are now threatening her.
"Two of them poked their heads out of the window and went 'pow, pow, pow' at me, come on," Wingate said.
"I want them caught bad. I got to have something done."
Officials are now hoping that someone will come forward.
"Often times somebody will know something in this case and they'll think the information is meaningless or it's not going to matter, but it matters to us because it could be the missing piece of the puzzle that breaks this case," said MSgt Gary Knight with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
