South side fatal fire autopsy reports released -viewer discretion advised
OKLAHOMA CITY -- Late Wednesday the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office released preliminary autopsy reports for the final two victims killed and set on fire November 9, in a Southwest Oklahoma City home. 25-year-old Jennifer Ermey and 32-year-old Casey Barrientos both died from fatal gunshot wounds, then were doused with an accelerant and burned.

Professional Boxer David Tyner has been charged with the six counts of first degree murder.

The reports are graphic and contain very explicate descriptions of the fatal wounds and damage to the victims bodies.
