OKLAHOMA CITY -- Hundreds of medical files were found in a dumpster in the 3300 block of S.W. 36th on Friday. A lady found them and said they contained personal information like social security numbers and medical histories.
Mandy Spencer says they were just laying there.
The files were from Dr. David Cavallaro's office. He is a local podiatrist. Spencer called the Doctor's office and they came to pick up the files.
They had no comment on why they were put in there. The Oklahoma Medical Board tells us that in Oklahoma there is no law governing disposal of medical files for Doctors' offices.
