Jenkins allegedly failed both a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer test near I-35 and N.E. 23rd Street. Local law enforcement says Jenkins is lucky her alleged drunk driving didn't get anyone hurt.
"This woman has some problems. She's putting the public at risk, herself at risk but also the kids in inside the car," said Mark Myers.
According to online court records, Jenkins was also arrested and pleaded guilty to a separate charge of driving under the influence last December.
In this new case, formal charges have not yet been filed by the district attorney.
