Jessica Brown with the OSBI says, "She found out he was inside there. He was not welcome so she called Seminole County Deputies. They had a warrant for his arrest so they went there to serve it."
Bryan Hause says he just happened to be next door when the deputies arrived and after they knocked on the door, he says, "They kicked it in. Once they kicked it in he was sitting there waiting for them. Shot one of them point blank right between the eyes, killed him. The other one he followed him out the door shooting him in the back."
Brown confirmed one deputy died at the scene, the other died after being flown to OU Medical Center. Another person, a woman walking by at the time, was shot in the arm.
After the shooting, it was unclear if Holbert was still inside the house. Law enforcement arrived from numerous agencies to search the area. They blocked of streets and evacuated several people. Judy Aradoz was visiting her mother in the area and says, "They told us to stay in the house and lock the doors. They all came in with guns and stuff and searched everywhere, under the beds, in the closets, all with shotguns everywhere."
After about four hours the Oklahoma Highway Patrol tactical team decided to send a robot into the house. Holbert came out without a fight a half an hour later. It was a relief for residents like Aradoz who says, "That's just crazy. Yeah we don't need people like that around."
Holbert is now facing several charges including two counts of first degree murder.
Update: 26-year-old Ezekiel Holbert arrived at Seminole County Court House Monday afternoon and was charged with two counts of 1st degree murder and three counts of shooting with intent to kill.
Authorities say, Holbert shot and killed 23-year-old Seminole County, Deputy, Chase Whitebird and 43-year-old Captain Marvin Williams during a stand off Sunday evening.

The family of 43-year-old Captain Mar Bulletin did not want to speak on camera. He has served here since 2002.
Also shot was Jennifer Bowen who was across the street from the stand off. A bullet hit her arm.
