OKLAHOMA CITY - The phrases " KKK" and "white power" were spray painted along the wall of Northridge Elementary School over the weekend. Neighbors woke up Sunday morning to find racist graffiti and curse words tagged all over the school. "Honestly just scares me, I'm offended and scared," says Maggie Rangel.

While driving by with her kids, she noticed the graffiti. Rangel lives in the area and all of her children attended the school.

"This is a multicultural neighborhood. I can't imagine anyone writing that on this school," she says.

People who live across the street from the school say the graffiti wasn't there Saturday.

School is out next week for spring break so there is time to clean up the mess before the students return.

Along with the school, a handful of homes in the area were also spray painted.
