Lt. Kyle Webb with the Oklahoma Police Department says, "EMSA was called out to the scene. They worked him as best they could. They transported him to Presby, where he died. Right now we don't know any suspect information; we are trying to gather everything that we have."
Interstate I-240 near Pennsylvania Ave. was shut down for less than an hour on Sunday night after a driver slowed down to look at the shooting scene and caused a crash. No one was injured in the wreck, allowing officers to focus on the homicide.
