MIDWEST CITY, OK -- Midwest City Police have targeted a local salon and nail spa after they say they received numerous complaints. Police made a special trip to Nail Works & Spa after word of alleged illegal activity.
Major Sid Porter said, "We had an investigator go down there & received a pedicure & was served wine while she was getting a pedicure done."
The salon's owner Dac Duc Ngyuen of Shawnee was cited for serving alcohol in a business without a liquor license.
Now he could face up to a $1,000 fine and 90 days in jail.
