According to court records Barrientos has a long criminal history and served time in prison for discharging a firearm from a vehicle and drug possession.
While searching the house, investigators found several items in the rubble including five 40-caliber shell casings, three 380-auto shell casings, a "Bic" type lighter, six grams of marijuana, and a digital scale.
Tuesday afternoon David Tyner, who police say was involved, turned himself in at the Mayes County sheriffs department.
The arrest is good news for attorney Shawn Jefferson because his client Jose Fierro is the lone survivor and the state's key witness.
For nearly a week he's been telling local media outlets that his client is innocent and is still working with police.
"My client just wants to see justice prevail. My client hopes that the victims and their families can get closure move on with their lives and my client mostly wants to do the right thing whatever the right thing is," said Jefferson.
