Cross Country. OU Men Set to Compete for NCAA Championship
The University of Oklahoma men's cross country team, ranked No. 16 nationally, will head to Terre Haute, Ind., this Monday, Nov. 23 to compete in the 2009 NCAA Cross Country Championships hosted by Indiana State University. The men's 10,000 meter race will take place at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course at the Wabash Family Sports Center and will start at 11:00 a.m. CST.

Wrestling. Wrestling Hosts Top 20 Battle Sunday
The 12th-ranked University of Oklahoma wrestling squad is set to host a top 20 battle when it hosts No. 20 Arizona State in its home opener this Sunday, Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. inside the Howard McCasland Field House in Norman. The Sooners (1-0) are coming off their 11th-straight Brockport/Oklahoma Gold Classic team championship last weekend in Brockport, N.Y. OU topped an impressive field, including 2009 NCAA runner-up Ohio State and sixth place finisher Edinboro. Winning individual titles were Shane Vernon (157 pounds), Jeff James (174) and Eric Lapotsky (197).

M. Basketball. OU at VCU Saturday as Capel Makes Return
The No. 17 OU men's basketball team (2-0) plays its first road game of the year when it faces VCU (1-1) in Richmond, Va., Saturday at 6:30 p.m. CST.
